Programme of Inquiry

Each year, Kramer students explore the world around them through the IB PYP units of inquiry. The transdisciplinary themes for the units are:

• Who We Are
• Where We Are in Place and Time
• How We Express Ourselves
• How We Organize Ourselves
• How the World Works
• Sharing the Planet

Pre-K and Kinder are only required to complete four units a year (Who We Are and How We Express Ourselves) while first through fifth grade will complete and reflect on all six units. 

Our programme of inquiry represents an overview of all grade level units. The units include a central idea, lines of inquiry, key and related concepts. It is reviewed annually for cohesiveness, alignment, relevance, and engagement. Kramer's 2025-26 Programme of Inquiry can be found here.
