Group & Individual Counseling

Throughout the school year, I will provide several "Lunch Bunch" counseling groups. Teachers recommend the students that they feel will most benefit from these groups. Parents can also recommend that their child participate in group counseling here at Kramer. Some of the topics that will be included in group counseling are:

 

-Friendship

-Problem Solving Skills

-Social Skills

-Study/Test Taking Skills

-Anger Management

 

 

Throughout the year, I provide individual counseling to students who are in immediate need of support. I can continue to see a student for 6 sessions during the year. If you feel additional assistance is needed, I can refer you and your child to Fair Oaks Youth and Family Center. (see below)

 

I will notify you, the parent, in writing, anytime I receive a referral for group or individual counseling. You will also have to sign a parent permission slip to continue the counseling sessions.
